In 2011, during a course on 'Women and Biology' I wrote this noe from class onto the transient canvas of my disposable coffee cup. This project centers on that specific hesitation at the trash bin—the split second where a mundane item was salvaged and transformed into a permanent record.

In 2025, I began revisiting this archive in book form. Years later, I am struck by the resonance of those marks and the desire to encapsulate their existence.
